Methodist Centenary Church

A very warm welcome to our simple but hopefully useful website.

In Summer 2006 we moved to our church's new home in Wesley House. This is just beside the large church at the top of Leeson Park in Ranelagh, a 10 minute walk from St. Stephen's Green, South of Dublin's city centre. Services are at 10:30 every Sunday morning.

Dates to note in coming weeks and months include:

• Sunday 29^th January at 10.30am: Service of Worship with Mrs Alison Gallagher and a team from Edgehill Theological College
• Sunday 5^th February at 10.30am: Service of Holy Communion with Rev Andrew Dougherty
• Sunday 12^th February at 10.30am: Youth Service with Rev Andrew Dougherty and Mrs Alison Gallagher
• Sunday 19^th February at 10.30am: "Singing the Faith" with Rev Andrew Dougherty
• Wednesday 22^nd February at 7.30pm: Holy Communion Service for Ash Wednesday
• Sunday 26^th February at 10.30am: Service of Worship with Mrs Alison Gallagher

Derek Seymour has produced a CD memento of the Leeson Park church organ entitled "Sunday by Sunday". The CD costs 15 euro (plus p&p) with a portion of the proceeds going to the church youth fund.

The selection includes works by: M.C. Festing, D. Buxtehide, G.F. Handel, C.V. Stanford, P. Hindemith, G. Thalben-Ball, D. Seymour, J. Pachelbel, J.S. Bach, and S. Wesley.
